If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer™ on the PC, you must accept the ActiveX™ control that the server downloads to your computer. This means that accessing the camera on your first visit may take a minute or so.

The control only needs to be downloaded and installed once. Your computer will then access the webcams more quickly on future visits.
